  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, mix the melted butter and sugar until combined. Add the eggs and vanilla, then stir until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, mixing until just combined. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  5. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
