  • 1 pound kielbasa
  • 2 cups tortellini
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium heat.
  2. Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and season with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the kielbasa to the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. While the kielbasa is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the grill and cook until they are tender.
  6. Once the tortellini is cooked, drain and combine with the grilled kielbasa and vegetables.
  7. Toss everything together and serve warm.

Notes

  • For a spicier flavor, add diced jalapeños to the mix.
  • This dish can also be served with a sprinkle of grated Parmesan cheese.
