- 1 pound kielbasa
- 2 cups tortellini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- Preheat the Blackstone grill over medium heat.
- Slice the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and season with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the kielbasa to the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally.
- While the kielbasa is cooking, bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the tortellini according to package instructions.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onion to the grill and cook until they are tender.
- Once the tortellini is cooked, drain and combine with the grilled kielbasa and vegetables.
- Toss everything together and serve warm.
