Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas with a fork until smooth.
  3. Add honey or maple syrup, applesauce, and vanilla extract to the bananas and mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine whole wheat flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the banana mixture, stirring until just combined.
