- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almond flour, maple syrup, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until well mixed.
- Press half of the mixture into a greased baking pan to form the base.
