1 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
1 teaspoon sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 cups cooked rice
1 cup mixed vegetables
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces and coat them in mayonnaise.
Roll each piece in panko breadcrumbs until fully coated.
Place salmon bites on a baking sheet and drizzle with vegetable oil.
