- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices chicken ham
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Slice the croissants in half.
- Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into small pieces.
- In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
- Layer the chicken ham, turkey bacon, and cheese onto the bottom half of each croissant.
- Pour the egg mixture over the fillings.
