Baked Ham and Cheese Croissants

A delicious twist on classic ham and cheese croissants, enhanced with turkey bacon and chicken ham for an extra flavor punch.

Ingredients

  • 4 large croissants
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 4 slices turkey bacon
  • 4 slices chicken ham
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the croissants in half.
  3. Cook the turkey bacon until crispy and chop it into small pieces.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  5. Layer the chicken ham, turkey bacon, and cheese onto the bottom half of each croissant.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the fillings.
  7. Top with the other half of the croissant.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes or until the croissants are golden brown and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add jalapeños or hot sauce to the egg mixture.
