  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh blueberries

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a donut pan.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix the milk, oil, egg, and vanilla.
  4. Pour wet ingredients into dry ingredients and stir until just combined, then gently fold in blueberries.
  5. Spoon the batter into the prepared donut pan, filling each mold about 2/3 full.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  7. Let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

Notes

  • Donuts are best served fresh but can be stored for a couple of days.
  • You can substitute blueberries with other berries if desired.
