  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 2 cups warm water
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 10 minutes until frothy.
  2. Add flour, salt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until combined.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5-7 minutes until smooth.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  5. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  6. Spread the dough onto a greased baking pan and press your fingers into it to create dimples.
  7. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle rosemary and sea salt on top.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Let cool before slicing and serving.
