  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup diced nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth, add eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla.
  4. Pour cheesecake batter over crust and bake for 45 minutes.
  5. Mix sliced apples with cinnamon and brown sugar, layer on top of baked cheesecake.
  6. For the crumble, combine oats, flour, and nuts, sprinkle over the apples.
  7. Bake for an additional 15 minutes, then cool and chill before serving.
