- 1 cup pecans, chopped
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, and mix well.
- Fold in the flour and then the sour cream until fully combined.
- Stir in the chopped pecans.
- Pour the mixture into mini cheesecake molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
Notes
