  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs, one at a time, followed by the vanilla extract, and mix well.
  4. Fold in the flour and then the sour cream until fully combined.
  5. Stir in the chopped pecans.
  6. Pour the mixture into mini cheesecake molds, filling each about 3/4 full.
  7. Air fry for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set but the center is still slightly jiggly.
  8. Let cool, then refrigerate for a few hours before serving.

Notes
